At 30, Dinaz Framjee has compressed what most engineers take a career to learn into a decade of relentless execution. The journey started where few dare to go: inside the physics of high voltage, where the difference between a working system and a catastrophic one is measured in microseconds and milliohms.
That foundation was shaped, from the very beginning, by her father — Zarir H Sholapurwala — an engineer and mentor who guided Dinaz through both the technical and philosophical dimensions of the discipline. The rigour, the first-principles thinking, the refusal to accept anything that cannot be fully understood: those are inherited traits, passed down through years of conversation, example, and challenge.
That decade built a rare cross-domain command: transformer design from 10kV to 100kV, pulse power and directed energy architectures, EMP and NEMP protection, PCB design, and plasma and glow discharge systems. Alongside the engineering runs a parallel track in finance — understanding not just how systems are built, but how they are funded, governed, and sustained.
As CEO of Zeonics Systech Defence and Aerospace Engineers, Dinaz leads a firm with 290+ projects, 2400+ products, and 480+ clients across defence, aerospace, and medical research sectors, certified by ISO, DSIR, CE, NSIC, and IAEA. The firm operates at the intersection of high-voltage electronics, pulse power, and futuristic weapon systems.
As Director of Provitech Private Limited, the same rigour is applied to technology leadership. Dinaz has also cleared the Independent Director’s Proficiency Test by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) — a formal credential that anchors the technical expertise in board-level governance and financial accountability.
Dinaz is also a mother of one — a role that shapes the way she works as much as any technical credential. Building things that last, leading with patience under pressure, and keeping the long view when short-term noise is loudest: those instincts come from both the lab and from home.

Dinaz Framjee has served as Director since the company’s founding, bringing the same engineering rigour and strategic clarity to the technology sector.
